By using this Website, interacting with us through social media, or engagingour services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you donot accept these Terms, do not use our Website, social media, or services.
1. Informational Use Only — No DIY Work Recommended
All content shared via our Website, email, or social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others) is for informational and educational purposes only.This information is not a substitute for professional advice or services, and you must never attempt to perform electrical work yourself. Electrical work should only be performed by licensed professionals, as per the Ontario
Electrical Safety Code (OESC) and other applicable regulations. Electrical Wizard assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from

2. Regulatory Compliance and Licensing
We operate in full compliance with:

All services are delivered by licensed electricians or registered apprentices under proper supervision. Permits and inspections are obtained where required.
3. Client Engagement and Service Scope

* Allow us to assess site conditions before work begins
* Accept the scope, pricing, and timelines as outlined in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice
Unless stated otherwise in writing, all estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on real-world conditions, regulatory updates, or material costs.
4. Subcontractors and Third Parties
From time to time, we may engage third-party contractors (e.g., trenching, automation, or excavation specialists) to support service delivery.
Electrical Wizard does not guarantee or accept liability for the actions or omissions of subcontractors unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and under our direct supervision.
5. Warranties and Defect Resolution
We provide a limited labour warranty for a period of [insert warranty period] from the completion of work.Components or equipment installed are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided.
Clients must notify us in writing within 10 business days of discovering any issues. Electrical Wizard must be given the opportunity to inspect and, if appropriate, correct the issue before any external action is taken. Failure to do so voids all warranties and releases us from liability.
